Josh Holloway Biography

In a nutshell

We didn't really know much about this guy until we saw him topless, and most likely cold, lying in sea water while advertising men's fragrance. That was more than enough to make us enquire a little bit deeper...
Although Josh studied at University it wasn't long until he left to try his hand (and face) at modelling. Now, we're sure it's lovely being photographed and walking up and down catwalks but it seems his love for movies got the better of him. He moved to Los Angeles and landed a few roles in things we never heard of (Mi amigo and Cold Heart to name but a few).
In fact the only thing we can honestly say we've heard of is CSI, on which he had an appearance. If you're a fan of Aerosmith you'll know he featured in their video for 'Cryin'. I suppose if you're really, really interested you could YouTube it...
Josh's role of James Ford in hit series Lost is by far and away the main reason people on these shores know him. He's been named one of the 'Most Beautiful People in the World' by People, an American gossip magazine, 'Hottest Hunk' by InTouch magazine and seventeenth sexiest guy by OK! Mag. Pretty unbelievable but as we get the same sort of comments we can empathise... Ahem.
In 2007 the 'sexiest person blah blah' gossip landed Josh with a contract to be the face of Davidoff's 'Cool Water' around the world.
Calm yourselves, ladies, because Josh proposed to his fianc? when he finished filming the pilot episode of Lost (which feels like a very, very long time ago now) and they married in 2004.
