Jimmer Fredette Information

Fredette was born and raised in Glens Falls, New York. While playing in high school, he won various awards including was chosen by ESPN to the top 75 throwers defenders. Fredette received proposals from 12 different games of universities, but chose Brigham Young’s teachings. Probably will take part in the draft NBA 2011.
Was considered the best player in NCAA 2010/2011 season before his end, by Basketball Times, CBSSports.com, SI.com, and Sporting News.
Beginnings
Son of Al and Kay Fredette, the youngest of three children. Named as James Taft, Fredette later he received the nickname “Jimmer” from his mother.

From early childhood, he showed extraordinary commitment to athletics. His brother TJ, a young rapper, he helped his early career in basketball. Jimmer regularly played with seven years older TJ-I, and friends in the backyard. Fredette was able to hit three-pointers at the age of 5 years and developed the movement to overcome larger opponents.
Other family members Fredettego collaborations in its development. His father, a financial advisor, introduced him to the school competitions at age 8 against adults. When Jimmer has developed his skills, his father took him to bigger tournaments. His mother allowed him to bounce a basketball around the house and even to build a studio for him dribbling in the basement. Her brother, Lee Taft, a personal trainer, who now has his own school in Indianapolis, he began to make him practice when he turned 5 years old and still works with Fredettem.
Fredette was in the Top 75 biggest talents in the USA. For four years in the college game’s leading scorer became the all-time at Brigham Young. In his last season Fredette led his team to 25-2 and the balance of the game in the final tournament, which they lost to Peekskill High School. He gained an average of 25 points per game and helped get the third place after the victory over the Minnesota Magic in 2006.

In college Brigham Young spent four years making became one of the best shooters in the history of this university and the entire 2007/2008 season NCAA.W or his rookie averaged 7 points 1.7 rebounds and 1.1 as at 18.5 minutesgame . In the second season, his average has more than doubled. in the 2009/2010 season was the fourth scorer in the NCAA in the last scorer, however, did not help his team win the tournament refer it dropped out in the quarterfinals.
