Francisco Rodriguez is signed by the Anaheim Angels (now Los Angeles Angels) 24 September 1998, when he was only 16. Starting pitcher at the start, injuries to the elbow and shoulder convinced him to move to the pen over after the 2001 season, he spent in the minor leagues.
