Sadie Frost was born in Primrose Hill, London, which is one of those fancy places with pretty houses that you see in the movies and read about in celebrity magazines. Her father was David Vaughan, who did some work for The Beatles, a popular band from a few years ago. Never heard of them...
She has some brothers and sisters, too, with some rather amusing names like Gabriel Jupiter and, wait for it, Sunshine Purple Tara Velvet. We are not making this up, honest. Sadie seems rather tame in comparison, don't you think?
In terms of Sadie's career, it's been a pretty mixed bag really. You'll spot her in a music video for one of the best songs ever, Pulp's Common People as well as some work for Spandau Ballet ? which leads us onto her relationships.
She first married Gary Kemp from the band in 1988 and they had a child. But, after taking a role in the film 'Shopping' she worked alongside an 'up and coming' actor named Jude Law. And we all know what happened with that one. The pair must have hit it off and they subsequently started having an affair.
A divorce was soon on the cards for Frost and Kemp and in 1997 she married Jude Law. They had three kids during their time together.
Not one to ever 'stand still', Frost ? along with Law and some other Brit actors ? decided to start up a production company named Natural Nylon. Do you see what they did there? Anyway, the company was responsible for the massive box office smash 'Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow' and everyone's favourite, 'eXistenZ'. Suffice to say, the company folded in 2003. Hurray.
Jude and Sadie divorced in 2005.
Now forgive us for not being the most knowledgeable about this, but Sadie appears not to be doing all that much at the moment. We see her pop up in magazines every now and again, and of course dossing around Primirose Hill, but we'd be grateful for further information. Perhaps.
