Robert Webb Biography

In a nutshell

We like Robert Webb. We've even seen him in a shopping centre in London and, even though he was standing still and looking around like he was lost, it didn't put us off. Hell no. But anyway, Webb was born in Lincolnshire and attended school with his brothers. When he was studying for his A-Levels his mother passed away from cancer.
You know how he's in a double-act with David Mitchell? Well they met during a production of Cinderella in 1993 and, obviously, hit it off.
Robert, along with David, have starred their very own 'Peep Show' on Channel 4 (not the dirty kind of peeping, you understand).
He's a keen writer and actor, though, and has appeared in 'Bruiser', 'Armstrong and Miller' and 'Big Train'.
He's starred on the big screen two times ? first in the not-very-good British film 'Confetti' where he stars as a naturist. We've heard he absolutely hated making the film, and the finished product, so we're all in agreement about something. His second film was the badly-performing 'Magicians' alongside his regular sidekick David Mitchell.
Robert made a large chunk of the country laugh when he took part in 2009's 'Let's Dance for Comic Relief' on BBC One. After performing to Flashdance, he ended up winning the show for his brilliant performance. He's married to fellow comedian Abigail Burdess.
