Jessica Alba is an actress you might have heard of. We saw her once in Fantastic Four ? she was 'fine', and that about sums it up.
In her early life she didn't have much luck on the health side of things, suffering a collapsed lung, ruptured appendix and pneumonia to namebut a few. Poor lamb.
This didn't knock her confidence and she won a competition offering acting lessons as a prize. This led to getting an agent and Jessica popped up in various television ads before her first 'breakthrough' role in 'Never Been Kissed'. She also grabbed the lead role in acclaimed TV series 'Dark Angel'.
Of course, with publicity comes the glare of men across the globe. Jessica has featured in many 'hot lists', including the number 2 position in Maxim magazine's 'Top 100', beaten only by Lindsay Lohan.
Playboy magazine featured her on the cover of their March 2006 issue after she appeared in their Top 25 Sexiest Celebs feature. However, they'd actually used a publicity shot from one of her films and this made Jessica ANGRY! She launched a lawsuit against the magazine but eventually dropped it after a personal apology from Hugh Heffner.
