Coleen McLoughlin Biography

In a nutshell

Coleen isn't really a celebrity, is she. She's just one of those girls who happened to end up being famous because she married a footballer/proper celebrity/popstar (delete as appropriate). However, ITV2 seem to have faith in the girl so I suppose we should give her a chance.
Born in Liverpool, Coleen didn't manage to finish her A-Levels because she got a tiny part in 'Hollyoaks'. Being big fans we don't ever remember seeing her, do you?
She'd been dating Wayne Rooney, that famous Man Utd player, for a while until he proposed to her, on a petrol station forecourt, in 2003. Now that's love.
Because weekly gossip magazines have had their hand in making Coleen a 'real style icon' it's only right that she should talk to regular readers herself, hence her column for Closer magazine. It must have made for amazing reading because she was poached by OK! in 2008.
Although it isn't proper work, Coleen has been pretty busy being 'the face' of various brands including LG, ASDA and Nike.
