Sheen started acting in 1974, at the age of 9 years, with his father in the television movie The Execution OF PRIVATE Slovik. Sheen began his professional career in 1984 as a supporting actor in films like RED DAWN
(1984) and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off (1986).

The movie Platoon (1986) is the first film Sheen where he became the main actor. In 1987, with his father, Sheen starred in the WALL STREET. A year later with his brother, Emilio Estevez, playing in YOUNG GUNS, and in 1990 in MEN AT WORK. In the same year, Sheen played well in The Rookie, together with Clint Eastwood.

Sheen is more famous through comedy roles. He even won the title of “Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy” from the Golden Globe Award 2002, in his role in sitcom SPIN CITY.
